Firstly, considering diet! Eating foods that are rich in nutrients but easy to digest can really help. Think warm foods, with ghee and spices like cumin, turmeric, and ginger to boost your agni (digestive fire). Avoiding cold, raw foods, and heavily processed things is a good idea. Sesame seeds, almonds (soaked overnight), and figs can nourish and promote ojas – essential for maintaining balance.

Herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari are known in Ayurveda for supporting fertility. Shatavari particularly is said to increase reproductive fluids and support the female reproductive organs. But remember, any herbal remedy should ideally be taken under guidance of a practitioner!

Yoga and Pranayama also play a significant role.
