How to over come acidity - #20357

I have chronic acidity issues but now they are worsening day by day as I can't eat any kind of spicy oily food as I eat it my chest starts to burn and also acidity reflux issue is also there Early I don't have all these issues but now iam facing all these problems Want to get rid of this symptoms in an effective way Also can't pass stool on a regular basis and also can't evacuate complete stool at a time feels like there is stuff left in stomach And stool is not hard to say it as constipation
