A 54-years-female patient diagnosed with left side Invasive ductal carcinoma Grade 2 in 2018. ER positive by 80%. The modified radical mastectomy was done. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy was also done. Started Endocrine therapy Tamoxifene 10mg with normal mammography in followup for 3.5 years... But due to vaginal bleeding, TAH+BSSO was done back in January 2023. Switched to another endocrine therapy Letrozole 2.5mg after it. She developed swelling around frontoparietal region and in December 2023, oncologist recommended Bone scan which revealed radiotracer uptake in frontoparietal region, 3rd rib anteriorly, pubic area, S1 sacral and pedicle of T8. 4mm stable nodule in lower left lobe of lung.. Luckily, CT Scan of Chest abdomen and pelvis was negative with 4mm stable lung nodule in lower left lobule of lung. PET Scan in February 16th, 2024 revealed the same as of bone scan. Which means there are multiple osteolytic lesions (bone mets). The oncologist has prescribed targeted therapy Palbociclib 125 mg and endocrine therapy Exemestane 25 mg (instead of Letrozole). Patient has symptoms of back pain when gets up early in the morning and pain in head often, the pain is relieved with Paracetamol..... Now recent bone scan, CT Scan (CAP) and MRI (Brain) reports are shared.... Based on recent scans after 10-11 months, CT scan showed progression in lungs with mutiple (6-7) nodules in both lungs.. Bone scan shows, increase in intensity of previously noted lesions with appearance of new lesions right scapula and sacrum.. MRI Brain shows Multifocal variable-sized enhancing aggressive osseous masses in visualized skull,largest one in right temporal bone with associated enhancing infiltrative intracranial and extracranial components and suspicion of dural infiltration by its intracranial component;consistent with patien's known osseous metastasis. Few small'T2/FLAIR bright signal foci in bilateral periventricular and subcortical white matter. No definite enhancing intraparenchymal mass or nodule and Pansinusitis. The oncologist has recommended to switch hormonal therapy from Exemestane to Fulvestrant and continue targeted therapy Palbociclib (CDK 4/6 inhibitor)

Dear Dr. Sushma… Generally its backache oftenly and headache sometimes. Overall I am concerned as I have heard from Sidhu ji about Ayurved’s benefits. Even being a doctor I cannot trust the medical professionals because they are just doing business and they only predict some years instead of curing the disease.

Its alright dear Dr. Sushma… Actually I want to get information about your approach that how could you treat this case which I have shared with you… And which medicines should be used… Plus I have heard about Sidhuji’s plan but many of the things are beyond my understanding. So to make it simple I want your help here as well to provide the daily diet chart, if you can be kind enough to help me… Thanks in advance…

mainly will focus on improve quality of life and slow the disease progression So let her start with intermittent fasting Dinner before 6/7 pm I.e before sunset Start the day with meditation, pranayama, walking, atleast let her start with 10 minutes initially , never skip breakfast and at dinner let her take easily digestible foods. Avoid all white products especially like sugar white rice refined flour refined oil Use cold pressed oil Avoid tea coffee, carbohydrates include bitter items like bitter gourd, neem, all spices aviliable in home ginger turmeric instead of sugar can take jaggery, berries, almonds, and Amrit kalash( Maharshi) - 1 tsp daily Give white ash gourd juice, / carrot beetroot juice daily give quinoa, rotis made of almond flour , give coconut water, almond milk, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds coconut milk

And in your ayurved, which medicines can be given. I mean, for you cancer with 4th stage, can be cured?
Divya Sarvakalpa Kwath - 200 grams Divya Kayakalpa Kwath - 100 grams Mix both the medicines and boil one teaspoon of the mixture in 400 ml of water until the resultant remains 100 ml. Filter it and then take it in the morning and evening on an empty stomach. Divya Kanchnar Guggulu - Divya Vradhivadhika Vati - Divya Arogyavardhini Vati - Take 1 tablet from each, twice in the morning, and evening, half- an-hour after meals with lukewarm water. Wheat Grass Juice - 25 ml Divya Giloy Juice - 25 ml Divya Aloe Vera Juice - 25 ml Divya Godhan Ark - 25 ml Juice of Margosa (Neem) Leaves - 5-7 Juice of Holy Basil (Tulsi) Leaves - 11 Mix the above ingredients and drink it in it the morning and evening on an empty stomach.
Let her start with the kwatha, tab form and juices , if she tolerating then will start on rasushadas, I dont want to dump everything at a time
