Low levels of magnesium, vitamin D, and iron together with hypothyroidism and overweight suggests deepr imbalances that need a careful approach. As per Ayurvedic perspective, addressing these imbalances involves optimizing your agni, balancing doshas, and nourishing your dhatus.

For magnesium deficiency, nuts like almonds and seeds such as pumpkin are an excellent choice. Incorporate leafy greens like spinach into your daily diet, maybe as part of your meals or smoothies. Magnesium-rich foods should be part of both lunch and dinner to ensure adequate intake.

In the case of vitamin D, while food sources are limited, fatty fish like salmon, sardines can be helpful additions. Early-morning sunlight exposure is crucial as it activates vitamin D synthesis in the skin. Aim for around 20 minutes of sun without sunscreen in the morning hours.

Iron-rich foods are essential to address anemia. Focus on consuming lentils, chickpeas, and dark leafy greens like kale, which are rich in non-heme iron. Pairing these with vitamin C-rich foods such as citrus fruits or bell peppers can help enhance absorption.

For general weight management, consider incorporating mindful eating practices. Slow down at meals, and be fully present as you eat, appreciating the food. Chewing more ensures better digestion and avoids overloading the digestive system.

Given your condition, balancing doshas especially Kapha and supporting thyroid function is vital. Light, warming spices like ginger and black pepper can stimulate digestion and metabolism. Avoid too much salt as it can contribute to water retention, affecting your puffiness.

Stay hydrated to help detoxify. Ayurvedic herbs such as Triphala can support digestion and may be introduced after consulting your doctor. Slim your salt intake, as it can contribute to water retention, causing puffiness.

Consider scheduling regular short walks after meals, even 5-10 minutes of leisurely strolls can aid digestion. Manage stress through activities like yoga or meditation, which can stabilize hormones over time.

Your symptoms appear interconnected, so considering these tailored recommendations may gradually restore health synergy. Always consult with your healthcare provider before making significant diet or supplement changes, particularly given your thyroid condition and supplement intake.
