I am suffering form piles more than one year Also I have problem like acidity I checkups by 7 8 doctors but does not well when I take tablets I am ready for 1 week after the same piles problem happen

Avoid drinking cold water and cut down on caffeinated beverages or carbonated drinks as they can worsen acidity.

Exercise also plays a critical role in managing piles. Gentle practices like yoga can improve circulation and support digestive health. Asanas such as Pavanamuktasana and Vajrasana can be particularly beneficial. Practice these regularly, but carefully, without strain.

Finally, consider a Sitz bath: sitting in a tub with warm water for about 10-15 minutes can relieve piles discomfort. Add a few drops of tea tree oil or a pinch of rock salt for added benefits.

If these steps don’t bring significant improvement, seek comprehensive evaluation from an Ayurvedic practitioner who can tailor more specific remedies or therapies, such as Panchakarma, considering your unique prakriti. If there’s sudden bleeding or severe discomfort, do consult a healthcare provider immediately.

Remember, addressing lifestyle elements, along with dietary habits and stress management, will make a substantial difference over time. Patience and consistency with these changes is key to long-term relief and prevention.
