Hello, Medicines- 1. Syrup Neeri 2tsp 3 times a day after food 2. Gokshuradi Guggulu 2—0—2 with coconut water for 15 days.

Along with the above: 1. Completly avoid raw 2. Avoid refrigerated-processed-deep fried - spicy food 3. Reduce salt intake 4. Consume freshly prepared warm food 5. Take barley water 250 ml as first food in the morning 6. Drink 2 liters of water a day

Take care. Kind regards.

Bladder pain and frequent urination, coupled with a diagnosed infection, indicates a likely vata and pitta dosha imbalance. While continuing with your prescribed medications from the urologist is essential, Ayurveda can offer supportive measures to help the healing process.

First, to pacify vata dosha, which governs elimination and could be causing the urgency and frequency, consider drinking warm water. Aim for about 8 to 10 cups a day. Infuse water with ½ teaspoon of fennel seeds and a pinch of licorice powder for added benefits. This helps soothe the urinary tract and reduce inflammation.

Diet is a key component. Consume easily digestible and cooling foods. Include bland items like rice, cooked vegetables such as zucchini and squash, and hydrating fruits like watermelon and cucumber. Avoid spicy, fried or overly salty foods as these aggravate pitta, potentially worsening the infection.

For pain relief, topical application of a warm sesame oil mixed with a few drops of lavender essential oil on your lower abdomen can be comforting. Gently massage in a circular motion before bedtime to enhance relaxation.

Regular practice of yoga asanas like Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes pose) and Supta Matsyendrasana (Supine Spinal Twist) can aid in reducing abdominal pain and support digestion.

Additionally, incorporate herbs known for their urinary tract soothing properties, such as Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa) and Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris). These can be taken as per advice from a qualified Ayurveda practitioner who can adjust dosage according to your needs.

Ensure you maintain a regular bowel routine, as constipation can exacerbate bladder symptoms. Having triphala churna with warm water before bedtime may help in gentle detoxification.

If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s imperative to returnor follow up with your healthcare provider to ensure you’re receiving the right treatment for your condition.

Bladder pain and frequent urination signals an imbalance that may align with increased Pitta dosha — often seen as heat in the urine pathways. Considering you’re already diagnosed with an infection, let’s focus on complementary relief and support your current treatment.

Firstly, it’s crucial to continue with the prescribed medication, as infections can become complex if left untreated. In conjunction, consider the Pitta-pacifying dietary practices to soothe the inflammation. Increase your intake of cooling foods like cucumber, cilantro, and coconut water. Avoid spicy, fried, and overly salty foods as they aggravate Pitta.

Next, an effective herbal strategy for urinary discomfort is the use of musta (Cyperus rotundus) or Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris). Prepare a tea by boiling one teaspoon of the herb in two cups of water until it’s reduced to one cup. Drink this twice daily, before meals.

Additionally, proper hydration with tender coconut water helps flush the urinary tract, mitigating infection intensity. Consuming buttermilk mixed with a pinch of roasted cumin powder can also maintain balance and support digestion.

For the stomach pain you mentioned, gentle yoga like Pawanmuktasana (Wind Releasing Pose) or Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) postures might aid in easing discomfort by enhancing abdominal blood flow and energy.

If symptoms persist or escalate, it’s vital to return to your healthcare provider for reassessment. Continuous monitoring by both conventional medicine and integrative practices like Ayurveda is key for comprehensive recovery.
