I am really struggling with some persistent muscle pain and fatigue lately. About a month ago, I twisted my ankle pretty badly while hiking, and ever since, I’ve been dealing with this awful pain not just in my ankle but also in my calves and thighs. I’ve tried some over-the-counter pain relief stuff, but it just doesn't seem to help that much. A friend mentioned that Nagarjuna Balaa Thailam is supposed to be great for muscle recovery and pain relief. I'm kinda curious but also skeptical. I've read a little about it, and it sounds promising because it’s made from natural ingredients, but will that really work? I’m worried about putting more stuff on my skin that might not even help.
