प्रिय डॉक्टर, मेरा नाम मोहम्मद राशिद है और मेरी उम्र 39 साल है। पिछले पांच महीनों से मुझे खेल से जुड़ी चोट के कारण एड़ी में दर्द हो रहा है, जो शायद दौड़ने या अचानक हरकत से हुआ है। शुरुआत में मैंने एलोपैथिक इलाज करवाया, जिससे दर्द निवारक दवाइयों के दौरान अस्थायी राहत मिली; लेकिन दवा बंद करने के बाद दर्द फिर से शुरू हो गया। पिछले डेढ़ महीने से मैं एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक से परामर्श कर रहा हूं और उनके द्वारा बताई गई निम्नलिखित दवाइयां ले रहा हूं: • बुरकाल्विन कैप्सूल • पुनर्नवाडी कषायम टैबलेट • त्रयोदशांग गुग्गुलु • वलिया रसनादी कषायम मैं ये दवाइयां दिन में दो बार, खाने से पहले और बाद में, सलाह के अनुसार लेता हूं। मैंने धीरे-धीरे सुधार देखा है, दर्द और सूजन कम हो गई है। मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि क्या ये दवाइयां मेरी स्थिति के लिए उपयुक्त हैं, या आप कोई वैकल्पिक या अतिरिक्त इलाज की सिफारिश करेंगे। कृपया सलाह दें।
