I am really struggling lately and it feels like it's all coming from my constant fatigue. I’ve tried a bunch of things without much luck. A friend suggested Everest Aswagandharishta for boosting energy levels, but I honestly don’t know much about it. I’ve been feeling super drained, like no energy for anything. I read somewhere that like, Aswagandharishta can help with that? Is that true? Last month, I had a rough week where I barely slept and I honestly thought I might be coming down with something. My energy was at its lowest! I went to the doc, got some tests done, and they said everything's fine—just "fatigue". So frustrating! I just want to know if this Everest Aswagandharishta is worth a shot? Has anyone tried it for energy? How long till I should see any effects?? Also, are there any side effects? I’m juggling work and kids, and it feels like I can't keep up without collapsing. If Aswagandharishta can really help, I'm all in. Like, how do I take it? Do I need to be cautious with anything?
