Hi… You must consult a panchkarma specialist for better consultation because it depends which dosha is more aggravated
No here we cannot able to see the attached files To send the documents you need to opt for personal consultation there you can get proper guidance by sending the images
Dear Isaac, I am not able to access external links or documents directly. So I cannot review the file or tongue images from here. However, I can guide you generally. Choosing between Virechana and Basti depends on: Your prakriti (body constitution) Current dosha imbalance Strength of digestion (Agni) Presence of Ama (toxins) Your overall strength and energy levels You mentioned very low energy. When energy is low, we must first assess whether your body is strong enough for a cleansing procedure. In general: Virechana is preferred when Pitta imbalance is dominant — symptoms like acidity, skin issues, burning sensation, irritability, loose stools. Basti is preferred when Vata imbalance is dominant — symptoms like dryness, constipation, joint pain, anxiety, low weight, disturbed sleep. But very important point: Before both Virechana and Basti, proper preparation (Deepana, Pachana, Snehana) is required. If Agni is weak or Ama is present, jumping directly into detox may worsen fatigue. Since you have very low energy and have never undergone detox before, it may not be advisable to directly start with strong Panchakarma without proper assessment. Sometimes, first step should be: Improving digestion Building strength Correcting sleep Mild internal oleation Then deciding the appropriate therapy. Without examining you properly — including tongue, bowel pattern, appetite, sleep, stress level and pulse — it is not safe to choose between Virechana and Basti. I strongly recommend a proper consultation before planning detox. Panchakarma should always be individualized. With correct sequencing, it can support deep healing. If done improperly, it can increase weakness. Let us assess your condition properly first, and then decide the right approach for you.
not able to access the document. go for private consultation for further management… virechana is the purificatory process or therapy…
Hello. The link to the document is not available so you will have to opt for personal consultation to get the delatiled discussed. Idealy virechan is done before basti. Also depending upon the weather conditions and the dosh conditions in your body detailed evaluation will give you better suggestions.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE ANY DOCUMENT IF YOU TELL YOUR HISTORY IN DETAIL THEN ACCORDINGLY I CAN ADVICE WHICH OPTION IS BETTER
Hello Sorry but your document is not visible For sending documents personal consultation has to be booked in that message we can see your documents Apart from that you can tell the detail history and symptoms which you are facing so that we can decide whether virechana or basti is suitable and which has to be given first and after knowing your problem the total full treatment protocol will be planned accordingly Thank you
Opt for personal consultation. First go for Virechana and after a gap of 9-10 days. Go for Basti karma for proper detoxification of the body Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma
Whether to take virechan or basti it is not the patient who decides, it is decided by the ayurvedic doctor, after personal consultation, because the medicines for basti or virechan are decided according to the problem and body type,
