Hello, As panchakarma treatment need to be done only after a very detailed examination by an experienced ayurveda doctor, at a place which has complete set up to perform the panchakarma, with strict diet-lifestyle changes, please do not attempt them at home as they will have side effects, if not done properly and if appropriate panchakarma treatment modality is not chosen+if the diet-lifestyle restrictions are not followed. So please consult a ayurveda doctor physically. Take care, Kind regards.
Need personal consultation for better examination and treatment of Health issue
Namaste. I understand your concern, but I need to be very direct with you, Panchakarma (especially the deep detox procedures) should never be done at home for internal structural issues like cysts or hemangioma…isliye ghar pe khud mat kro. In Ayurveda, these conditions are seen as Granthi (cysts/growths) caused by an imbalance of Kapha and Vata along with Meda (fatty tissue) and Rakta (blood). A kidney hemangioma is a cluster of blood vessels. Doing strong massages or home detoxes could potentially cause complications. Panchakarma requires a Vaidya’s supervision. However, you can support your health with gentle Shamana Chikitsa (balancing therapy) using Kerala Prescription : 1. Kanchanara Guggulu: This is the primary choice for any “Granthi” (growths/cysts). It helps in scraping away the extra tissue. Dose: 2 tablets twice a day after food with warm water. 2. Punarnavasava: This is excellent for kidney health (Vrikka) and helps in reducing fluid accumulation and swelling. Dose: 20ml mixed with 20ml lukewarm water, twice a day after meals. 3. Varanadi Kwath: Very effective for Kapha-related growths and internal “Medas” (fatty/vascular) issues. Dose: 15ml with 45ml boiled and cooled water, 30 minutes before food, morning and evening. What you CAN do at home (Daily Routine) Instead of Panchakarma, focus on Dinacharya: Avoid curd, heavy sweets, and oily food. Drink warm water throughout the day. Very gentle Pranayama like Anulom Vilom is safe, but avoid intense twisting poses that put pressure on the kidneys. Ensure you aren’t suppressing natural urges (vegas) like urination.
