I am seriously at my wits end with my health issues! I’ve been feeling super sluggish for ages, like no energy whatsoever, and my digestion is just all over the place. I read some stuff about panchakarma treatment in ayurveda and it sounds really interesting, but I honestly don’t know much about it. I mean, what is panchakarma treatment in ayurveda exactly?
