रीढ़ की हड्डी में चोट लगने के बाद कब्ज की समस्या हो गई है, जब मैं ज़मीन पर गिरा और एक नस दब गई थी, ये 4 महीने पहले हुआ था। मैंने पंचकर्म (नस्य और मात्रा बस्ती एक महीने के लिए) करवाया है। फिर भी कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ है।
