Opt for a diet rich in whole grains, cooked vegetables, and healthy fats like ghee… Avoid cold, raw, or processed foods, and reduce caffeine intake, as they can aggravate Vata and Pitta.

For nerve and sexual weakness, consider Ashwagandha or Shatavari for their rejuvenating properties. Start with 1-2 teaspoons of Ashwagandha powder mixed with warm milk at night. Shatavari can also be taken in a similar way. Both herbs are known to improve vitality and strength. Consult with a local Ayurvedic doctor to find the exact dosage that suits your condition.

If your blood sugar is borderline, managing your diet becomes critical. Less sugar, processed foods, and periodic fasting days with light meals may help balance it.
