Back pain aur pairon mein dard ke karan kai ho sakte hain. Ayurveda ke hisaab se, yeh vata dosha ka prakop bhi ho sakta hai. Vata imbalance ke liye sabse pehle, aapko apni lifestyle mein kuch badlaav karna zaroori hai.
Diet: Bhojan mein vata ko shaant karne wale aahar ko shamil karein. Garm aur ghee se pakaye hue bhojan ko apne diet mein shamil karein jaise ki khichdi, upma, daal aur soups. Kacche aur thande khane se bachne ki koshish karein, ye vata ko aur badhate hain. Har din saat-eight glasses pani zaroor peeyen.
Lifestyle: Din bhar mein ek jaise pose mein jyada der tak na baithe aur na hi khade rahein. Five minute ke liye har hour mein stretch karte rahein. Din ki shuruwat garm paani pe kar sakte hain aur thoda sa abhyanga (taila massage) bhi kar sakte hain. Sarson ya til ke tel se halka massage kamar aur pairon pe karein. Sone ka samay thoda awal karein, aur raat ko six-eight ghante ki neend jaruri hai.
Yoga: Halka-fulka yog ka abhyas aap ki madad kar sakta hai jaise ki Baddha Konasana, Setu Bandhasana aur Bhujangasana. Bas yeh dhyan rahein ki koi bhi exercise zyada force se na karein, dheere-dheere shuru karein.
