Hello Aapka concern bilkul samajh sakti hoon. Raat mein veerya sraav (night fall) ya Swapnadosha ek aam samasya hai, khaaskar jawan ladkon mein, jab shareer zyada garm aur mansik roop se chintit ya asantulit hota hai. Aap army ki taiyari kar rahe hain, isliye sharirik aur mansik santulan bana rehna bahut zaruri hai.

✅ Ayurvedic Drishti Se Samjhaav

Ayurveda ke anusar yeh samasya Shukra dhatu dushti aur Pitta-vata prakopa se hoti hai. Kaaran

Zyada mansik uttejana ya sexual vichar Raat ko der tak jaagna Masaledar, garam, ya oily bhojan Weak digestion aur dhatu kshaya

✅ Upchaar (Treatment Plan)

✅ Shamana Chikitsa (Internal Medicines)

1 Ashwagandhadi Churna – 1 tsp with milk at night 2 Shatavari Kalpa – 1 tsp with milk twice daily 3 Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food 4 Kapikacchu Churna – 3g at bedtime with milk (improves Shukra dhatu)

➡️ These help strengthen Shukra dhatu, calm Pitta, and reduce involuntary discharge.

✅ Rasayana (Rejuvenation)

Ashwagandha Lehyam 1 tsp daily – to enhance stamina and control.

✅DIET MODIFICATION

Include milk, ghee, almonds, dates, black gram (urad dal), and fresh fruits.

Avoid: spicy food, fried food, tea/coffee, alcohol, and late-night meals.

Stay hydrated and maintain early dinner (before 8 PM).

✅Vihara (Lifestyle & Mental Balance)

Avoid watching or thinking about sexual content before sleeping. Do Brahmacharya Palan strictly. Practice deep breathing / Anulom-Vilom / meditation before bed. Maintain proper sleep routine (10 PM to 5 AM). Do Vajrasana after meals and regular physical exercise (good for army fitness and dhatu stability).

✅ Special Tip

Before sleeping, apply a few drops of Brahmi oil or Ksheerabala Taila on soles and scalp — helps calm mind and improve sleep.

Swapnadosha puri tarah se thik ho sakta hai agar aap ahar, vihar aur manasik niyantran par dhyaan dein.

Wishing you a good health😊

Warm regards, Dr. Snehal Vidhate

I am an Ayurvedic doctor trained at one of the most reputed institutes (yeah, the kind that makes u sweat but also feel proud lol) where I completed my BAMS with 70%—not just numbers but real grind behind it. My focus during & after graduation has always been on treating the patient not just the disease, and honestly that philosophy keeps guiding me even now. I usually see anywhere around 50 to 60 patients a day, sometimes more if there's a health camp or local rush. It’s hectic, but I kinda thrive in that rhythm. What matters to me is not the number but going deep into each case—reading every complaint, understanding symptoms, prakriti, current state, season changes etc. and putting together a treatment that feels “right” for that person, not just for the condition. Like, I don’t do one-size-fits-all plans. I sit down, make case reports (yup, proper handwritten notes sometimes), observe small shifts, modify herbs, suggest diet tweaks, even plan rest patterns when needed. I find that holistic angle super powerful. And patients feel it too—some who come in dull n restless, over weeks show clarity, skin settles, energy kinda gets back... that makes the day worth it tbh. There’s no shortcut to trust, and i get that. Maybe that’s why patients keep referring their siblings or maa-papa too. Not bragging, but when people say things like “you actually listened” or “I felt heard”, it stays in the back of my mind even when I’m dog tired lol. My goal? Just to keep learning, treating honestly and evolving as per what each new case teaches me. Ayurveda isn’t static—it grows with u if u let it. I guess I’m just walking that path, one custom plan at a time.

HELLO,

SYMPTOMS -Nightfall(swapnadosha)= primary concern

WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING -your body’s semen production system is overactive, and the mind and body are not able to control sexual excitement, even when you dont want it. Due to masturbation and sexual overthinking, your shukra dhatu(reproductive strength) has weakened. this has caused -semen loss without full erection or control -weak erection and early discharge -excess vata causes dryness, weakness+ pitta causes burning

In Ayurveda, this is called Shukra kshaya + dhat rog + vrushya avrodha- means your semen is being lost and your body can’t retain or rebuild it fast enough

TREATMENT GOAL -Stop nightfall and semen leakage -improve semen retention -increase timing and sexual stamina -reduce burning and rejuvenate penis -rebuild confidence and mental calm -avoid relapse by lifestyle discipline

PHASE 1- TREATMENT= DETOX AND SHUKRA DHATU RESTORATION DURATION- 1 month

1)CHANDRAPRABHA VATI(baidyanath/dootpapeshwar)= 2 tabs twice a day after food =flushes toxins from urinary tract, reduces burning, helps control nightfall

2)VRUSHYA VATI(shree narnarayan brand)= 2 tabs twice daily after food =strengthens reproductive tissue and prevents semen leakage

3)ASHWAGANDHA AVALEHA- 1 tbsp with warm milk morning and night =builds Ojas, releives mental fatigue, supports semen quality

4)KAMDEV GHRITA OR MAHACHANDANADI GHRITA- 1/2 tsp with warm milk at night =rejuvinates shukra dhatu, reduces vata-pitta

5)SHILAJIT GOLD CAPSULES(patanjali/dabur)= 1 cap daily after breakfast =boosts stamina, prevents early discharge

PHASE 2- STABILIZATION AND TIMING CONTROL DURATION= 2-3 months

1)YAUVANAMRIT VATI(baidyanth)- 1 tab twice daily after meals =builds long term stamina, sexual powder

2)SPEMAN(himalaya)- 2 tabs twice daily after meals =supports sperm health and erection control

3)VRIHANI GUTIKA (arya Vaidya sala-kottakal)- 1 tab once daily at night =increses timing, helps with kegel based results

4)SWAPNADOSHA HAR CHURNA- 1 tsp with milk at night =continued control over nightfall

DIET PRINCIPLES TO FOLLOW to build shukra dhatu(semen and reproductive energy), you need a Satvik, Ojas-building diet that reduces vata and pitta and supports long term strength

*MILK AND GHEE BASED ITEMS -cow milk-boiled, warm , possibly with nutmeg, cardamom or ashwagandha -ghee= 1-2 tsp daily, in food -butter, white butter in moderation

6)PLANK -start with 30 sec, build up to 1-2 minutes =strengthens core and pelvic girdle which supports erection and ejaculation control

AVOID OVER EXERTION IN GYM STYLE WORKOUTS. FOCUS MORE ON SLOW, BREATH-LINKED MOVEMENTS THAT BUILD CORE STRENGTH, NOT EXCESSIVE MUSCLE BULK

EXTERNAL THERAPY

1)OIL MASSAGE- WITH BALASHWAGANDHADI TAILA OR MAKKA OIL -warm oil slightly -massage shaft only not glans -circular and upward strokes for 5-7 min -do not massage too fast or with pressure -daily or alternate days at bedtime =imporves blood flow, strengthens local nerves, delays ejaculation

DO FOLLOW CONSISTENTLY TO GET RID OF PROBLEM

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

DR. MAITRI ACHARYA

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Neend mein floor par girne ka matlab hai aapko neend mein chalne ya somnambulism ki samasya ho sakti hai. Ayurveda mein isse neend ki awastha se juda mana jata hai, aur vata dosha ke prabhavit hone par aisi cheezein samne aa sakti hain. Yaha kuch upay hain jo aap laagu kar sakte hain:

2. Abhyanga (Tel Malish): Sone se pehle til ka tel ya narial ka tel garam kar, uska maalish kar sakte hain. Khas karke paon, mastishk aur kanth (neck) ka maalish karna upyogi hoga.

3. Sookshma Vyayam aur Meditation: Din ke samay kuch dheere dheere vyayam aur meditation karne se mansik shanti aur neend mein sudhar ho sakta hai. Anulom-Vilom aur bhramari pranayama aapke liye laabhkari ho sakti hain.

4. Sookshm aahar par dhyan: Raat ko halka bhojan karein jismein ki ghiyakhand, sabziyan aur dal shaamil ho. Bhari, teekha aur maasik bhojan se bachu.

Adhik screen time aur tanav wale kaamon se bache, kyunki yeh neend par asar dalte hain.

Agar aapko lagta hai ki yeh upay prabhav nahi kar rahe hain ya halat padbigat ho rahi hai, to yeh avashyak hai ki turant kisi Visheshagya doktar se sampark kare. All chesta koj bhi condition ke irumeediate ya emergency intervention se door nahi dekhni chahiye.

Neend ke beech mein aapka floor par girna kaaran vata dosha ki prakop ho sakta hai. Vata imbalance adhik shram, anidra, ya asantulit ahaar vihar ke kaaran hota hai. Is samasya se nipatne ke liye aap kuch siddha-ayurvedic upaay apna sakte hain:

1. Ashwagandha: Din mein do baar ashwagandha churn ko garam doodh ke saath lene se vata shaant hota hai aur neend sudharne mein madad milti hai.

Yeh stress ko kam karne aur vata ke prakop ko santulit karne mein upayogi hai.

3. Neend ki tehar: Sone se pehle thoda upar takiya rakh kar soyein, jisse ki aapka sharir thoda inclined position mein rahe, isse uchhal kar ghirne ka khatra kam hoga.

5. Dinacharya: Rozana vayayam karein, lekin raat ke samay adhik thakan ko talne ka prayas karein. Vyayam subah ke samay zyada labhdai hote hain.

Dr. Hemanshu Mehta
I’m Dr. Hemanshu, a second-year MD scholar specializing in Shalya Tantra (Ayurvedic Surgery), with a focused interest in para-surgical interventions such as Agnikarma, Viddhakarma, and Kshara Karma. My academic and clinical journey is rooted in classical Ayurvedic surgical wisdom, complemented by a modern understanding of patient care and evidence-based approaches. With hands-on training and experience in managing chronic pain conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, hemorrhoids, fistula, and other ano-rectal conditions, I provide treatments that emphasize both relief and long-term wellness. I am deeply committed to offering individualized treatment plans that align with the patient’s prakriti (constitution), disease progression, and lifestyle factors. I believe healing is not limited to procedures alone; it also requires compassion, communication, and continuity of care. That’s why I ensure each patient receives personalized guidance—from diagnosis and therapy to post-treatment care and preventive strategies. I also incorporate Ayurvedic principles like Ahara (diet), Vihara (lifestyle), and Satvavajaya (mental well-being) to promote complete healing and not just symptomatic relief. Whether it's managing complex surgical cases or advising on conservative Ayurvedic therapies, my goal is to restore balance and improve the quality of life through authentic, safe, and holistic care. As I continue to deepen my clinical knowledge and surgical acumen, I remain dedicated to evolving as a well-rounded Ayurvedic practitioner who integrates traditional practices with modern sensibilities.

Dr. Anjali Sehrawat
I am Dr. Anjali Sehrawat. Graduated BAMS from National College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Barwala (Hisar) in 2023—and right now I'm doing my residency, learning a lot everyday under senior clinicians who’ve been in the field way longer than me. It’s kind of intense but also really grounding. Like, it makes you pause before assuming anything about a patient. During my UG and clinical rotations, I got good hands-on exposure... not just in diagnosing through Ayurvedic nidan but also understanding where and when Allopathic tools (like lab reports or acute interventions) help fill the gap. I really believe that if you *actually* want to heal someone, you gotta see the whole picture—Ayurveda gives you that depth, but you also need to know when modern input is useful, right? I’m more interested in chronic & lifestyle disorders—stuff like metabolic imbalances, stress-linked issues, digestive problems that linger and slowly pull energy down. I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Atul Painuli
I am Vaidya Atul Painuli, currently working as an Ayurvedic Consultant at Patanjali Chikitsalaya, Delhi... been here a while now. My focus from the start—over 10+ yrs in this field—has been to stay true to what Ayurveda *actually* is, not just surface-level remedies or buzzwords. I’ve treated a wide mix of patients, from people battling chronic illnesses to those just looking to fix their lifestyle before it leads to disease (which is v underrated tbh). During these years, I kinda shaped my practice around the idea that one solution never fits all. Whether it’s diabetes, gut disorders, stress-related problems or hormone issues—everything goes back to the root, the *nidana*. I usually go with classic Ayurvedic meds, but I mix it up with Panchakarma, diet tweaks and daily routine correction, depending on the case. Most of the time, ppl don’t even realize how much their habits are feeding into the problem. It’s not just about herbs or massages... though those are important too. At Patanjali Chikitsalaya, I see patients from literally all walks of life—office-goers, elderly, even young kids sometimes. Everyone’s got something diff going on, which keeps me grounded. What I try to do is not just treat the symptoms but help ppl *see* what’s happening in their bodies and minds. Like Ayurveda says—if your digestion, sleep and emotions are off... then eventually health’s gonna wobble. I don’t promise quick results but I do stay with my patients through the process, adjusting things based on how they respond. That part makes a big difference I think. For me, Ayurveda isn’t a “last resort” kinda thing—it’s a system that can prevent 80% of the lifestyle diseases ppl suffer from today, if done right. My goal? Just to keep doing this in a way that feels real, grounded, and actually helps ppl—not overwhelm them with too much jargon or fear. Just practical, clean, honest healing.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Snehal Tasgaonkar
I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 7 yrs clinical experience, though honestly—feels like I’ve lived double that in patient hours. I studied from a govt. medical college (reputed one) where I got deep into classical Ayurvedic texts n clinical logic. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.

Dr. Surya Bhagwati
I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.
