Can Ayurveda Help with My Chronic Stomach Issues Without Endoscopy? - #40696
I, F28, have been suffering from the stomach issues for 4 years now . I have consulted allopathic doctors multiple time and I get relief for some time but then the problem returns and I have to regularly take ppis. The doctor now wants me to get Endoscopy done now because he suspects H Pylori might be causing problems. But I am terrified of this invasive procedure. My symptoms include Gas that rises upto my chest and causes palpitations, acidity and reflux that make my esophagus inflammation. Is it possible heal completely with Ayurveda without going for endoscopy even if H Pylori is present?

Hello, Ayurveda can surely help you along with permanent modification in diet and lifestyle. Ayurveda" 1. Syrup Ulsant D 10ml----10ml----10ml 30 minutes before each meal without adding water 2. Dadimashtaka churna Boil one cup of water add 1/2 tsp of this and take the vessel from stove;let it stay for 3 minutes; them strain and sip this hot tea after each meal Both 1&2 for 45 days
Diet: 1. Avoid any kind of caffeine aa a first food in the morning; limit your coffee/tea to 1 to to cups a day. 2. Avoid spicy-processed-outside-deep fried food completely; avoid refrigerated food. 3. Avoid red meet 4. Avoid raw in any form except for fruits. 5. Start your day with ash gourd/bottle-gourd juice/by eating one apple(skin peeled)
Lifestyle: 1. Practice yogasana for 45 minutes a day and pranayama for 20 minutes a day, every day. 2. Give a gap of 1.5 hours between your dinner and going to bed. 3. Chew your food well 4. Do not eat full stomach. 5. Insead of coffee/tea start drinking ajwain tea/cumin tea/chamomile tea.
