For long-term loose motions and weakness, it’s important to rebalance your digestive system. What you’ve described suggests an imbalance in your Vata dosha, which governs movement and elimination. To begin addressing this, you should focus on dietary changes and Ayurvedic remedies.
Start by consuming light, easy-to-digest foods. Opt for a rice kanji cooked with ginger and cumin; it can help to strengthen your agni (digestive fire) and stabilize bowel movements. Additionally, prefer warm, cooked foods over raw or cold items.
Ayurvedic herbs like Bilva (Bael fruit) are traditionally used for digestive issues. A tablespoon of dried bilva powder mixed with water can be taken daily, especially in the morning, to help settle your intestines. For improving energy, Ashwagandha is a potent rejuvenator that can also help revitalize your strength. You might consider taking 1/2 teaspoon of this powder with warm milk at night.
Hydration is key. Keep sipping on warm water throughout the day to maintain hydration without overwhelming your digestion.
Your low hemoglobin levels suggest the neccessary inclusion of iron-rich foods like beetroots, raisins, and sesame seeds in your diet. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is high in Vitamin C, aiding in better absorption of iron.
Regarding pranayama, or yogic breathing exercises, Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) can calm the nervous system and reduce Vata aggravation. Devote 5 to 10 minutes each morning to this practice.
For the menstrual cycle irregularity, consider taking Shatavari. It supports female reproductive health and can be consumed daily, 1 teaspoon in warm milk. Take note of how each remedy affects you, as individual responses can vary.
If symptoms persist or worsen, seeking a local Ayurvedic practitioner would provide more specific and tailored guidance. Prioritize your well-being above all.
