जब मैं पेशाब करता हूँ तो फ्लो अच्छा होता है, लेकिन जब मैं खत्म करता हूँ और खड़ा होकर अपनी पैंट ठीक करता हूँ, तो मुझे फिर से पेशाब करने की इच्छा होती है, और काफी मात्रा में भी। मैं इसे कैसे ठीक कर सकता हूँ?

Introducing herbal teas can be beneficial, such as coriander seed tea or fennel tea which are known for their mild diuretic and balancing properties. Prepare coriander seed tea by boiling two teaspoons of crushed coriander seeds in two cups of water. Consume it lukewarm twice daily.

Practice warm oil application over your lower abdomen. Warm sesame oil or castor oil gently massaged can help calm Vata and may support normal urinary function. Also, engage in exercise that is grounding and calming - like yoga or walking, aiming to maintain regular physical activity to help manage stress levels.

Lastly, incorporating regular Dinacharya (daily regimen) such as waking and sleeping at consistent times can stabilize Vata, supporting urinary health. Simple practices as keeping the bladder empty before sleep and allowing enough restroom trips throughout the day can also assist.

If symptoms persist, or you experience any discomfort or pain, visiting a healthcare provider promptly is essential, as ongoing issues may require medical intervention beyond Ayurveda.
