Poses like Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) or Supta Matsyendrasana (Reclined Lord of the Fishes Pose) can be included, practicing these with slow, conscious breathing.

Regarding the femoral hernia, this requires urgent medical attention. An untreated hernia could lead to complications. It is advisable to consult a medical professional or surgeon who can evaluate the best approach. Avoid heavy lifting or exerting pressure on the abdominal area, as this might exacerbate the hernia.

Good hydration is crucial, drink warm water throughout the day, spiced with a slice of ginger if desired, which may support circulation and assist in relieving stiffness.
