In Ayurveda, we focus on balancing the doshas to restore harmony in the body. With your condition, there might be an imbalance in Vata dosha, which could be affecting the nervous system.

Since you’re paralyzed, movement is limited but don’t worry, there are still things that might help within the scope of your condition. It’s important that any recommendation should be practical for your lifestyle. Simple daily practices are the key.

First, you could look into regular oil massages (Abhyanga). Using warm sesame oil or Mahanarayan oil can help nourish the nerves. If someone can do a gentle massage for you, that might support Vata balance. This might not reverse the paralysis, but it could bring some comfort and improve skin and muscle condition over time. It would be best if this is done in the morning before bathing.

For diet, a Vata-pacifying diet might help. Think warm, moist, and easily digestible foods. Soups, khichadi, and stews with warming spices like ginger could be beneficial. Avoid cold and dry foods that can aggravate Vata like raw salads, cold drinks, or dry snacks.
