I am really confused about something I’ve been dealing with lately. I read that “is curd acidic or basic” but honestly, I’m not sure how to interpret that in my diet. For the last couple of months, I’ve been feeling super bloated after meals, and I thought maybe it was the takeout, but just last week, I had homemade curd and it seemed to make it worse.
