Avoid heavy lifting and strenuous activities that could exacerbate the issue. Rest when possible and maintain a routine sleep schedule to restore your body’s energy and promote healing.

Balancing Ayurveda with professional medical advice can give comprehensive care, ensuring effective recovery. Ensure adequate hydration, avoiding caffeine and fizzy drinks to prevent bladder irritation. Remember, each individual’s needs may vary, so adjust practices as necessary for comfort and progress.
