डॉक्टरों की प्रतिक्रियाएं

Your symptoms suggest an imbalance in Vata dosha affecting the nervous system and inner ear, possibly linked to vertigo or poor circulation.

Ayurvedic Advice Herbs: Take Brahmi and Shankhpushpi: 500 mg each twice daily to calm Vata. Ashwagandha Powder: 1 tsp with warm milk at night for nervous system support. Diet: Consume warm, oily foods with ghee, nuts, and sesame seeds. Avoid cold, dry, and processed foods. Lifestyle: Practice Nasya (3 drops of Anu Tailam in each nostril daily). Avoid sudden head movements and get adequate rest. Consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for therapies like Shirodhara and Abhyanga.

Those symptoms you describe, like the spinning sensation and lack of coordination, they’re quite typical of something called vestibular migraine. The inner-ear balance system might be a bit out of whack. Could be related to dietary triggers, stress, or even sleep patterns. You might notice certain foods or activities make things worse.

From an Ayurvedic point of view, we’re looking at an imbalance, probably with vata dosha. That’s the energy governing movement and nerve impulses. Excessive vata can lead to symptoms like dizziness, which you’re experiencing.

First thing to consider is diet. Keep it warm and nourishing. Avoid cold, dry, and raw foods. Look into foods like cooked vegetables, warm soups, and whole grains like rice. Ginger tea might be helpful—it’s known to calm vata and improve circulation. Try sipping some in the morning or when spinning hits. Also, stay hydrated, but no icy cold drinks, keep 'em room temperature or warmish.

Stay grounded can be helpful for vata imbalance. Yoga might help with coordination issues, but avoid fast-paced stuff. Focus on slow, grounding exercises like walking or gentle asanas like tadasana and vajrasana. Try practicing shavasana to relax after—helps calm the mind.

Brahmi and Ashwagandha are two herbs you can find at health stores which can support nervous system and reduce stress. You might take these with warm milk in morning or before bed.

Remember to sleep regular hours, as fatigue can make things worse. Try to hit bed early, and rise early to maintain body clock.

If symptoms persist or worsen, don’t hesitate to seek medical advice. Sometimes, allopathy and Ayurveda make a great team.

Hope you find some peace soon. And let me know how things go, ya!
