लगातार त्वचा में खुजली, सिरदर्द, और एसिडिटी की समस्याएं - #48368

priya

Your digestion is still weak and there is likely vata pitta imbalance after your surgery and long standing acidity Skin itching resolving earlier shows some improvement but the headaches heaviness and mild acidity now indicate that ama and agni imbalance is still present

Maha manjistadi kwath 20 to 30 ml with 60 ml warm water morning and night after food and kadirarishta 15 ml with equal water can be continued but dilute more if heaviness occurs Avoid cold drinks oily food and excess sugar Take warm light meals and sip warm water during the day For headache and residual vata imbalance punarnava mandur 250 mg two tablets twice daily after food and brahmi churna 1 gram with warm milk at night helps reduce heaviness improve digestion and calm nervous system Regularity in meals proper sleep and stress control is very important

THANK YOU FOR REACHING OUT AND TRUSTING WITH YOUR HEALTH JOURNEY THE PROBLEMS DESCRIBED ARE VERY CLEAR AND THERE IS A STRONG LINK BETWEEN STOMACH AND HEADACHE IN THIS CASE SO FIRST IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMOVE CONFUSION THIS IS NOT TWO SEPARATE ISSUES BUT ONE CORE IMBALANCE EXPRESSING IN DIFFERENT WAYS

FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR THERE HAS BEEN SKIN ITCHING HEADACHE ACIDITY AND POOR DIGESTION THIS INDICATES PREDOMINANT PITTA DOSHA WITH AAMA AND ASSOCIATED VATA DISTURBANCE WHEN PITTA BECOMES EXCESS AND DIGESTIVE FIRE IS IRREGULAR IT CREATES TOXIC HEAT IN THE BODY THIS HEAT MOVES UPWARD CAUSING HEADACHE HEAVINESS BURNING SENSATION AND ALSO MANIFESTS ON SKIN AS ITCHING THAT IS WHY WHEN GELUSIL IS TAKEN HEADACHE REDUCES BECAUSE ACIDITY IS TEMPORARILY NEUTRALISED

THE OVARIAN TORSION AND SURGERY WAS AN ACUTE EVENT AND ITS REMOVAL WAS NECESSARY BUT THE ORIGINAL DOSHA IMBALANCE WAS PRESENT EVEN BEFORE SURGERY AND THAT IS WHY SYMPTOMS CONTINUED AFTER SURGERY SURGERY ALSO AGGRAVATES VATA AND PITTA WHICH CAN WORSEN HEADACHE ACIDITY AND DIGESTION IF NOT PACIFIED

COMING TO CURRENT MEDICINES MAHA MANJISTADI KWATH AND KADIRARISHTA ARE CORRECT FOR SKIN ITCHING AND BLOOD PURIFICATION THAT IS WHY ITCHING REDUCED HOWEVER BOTH MEDICINES ARE USHNA IN NATURE AND WHEN PITTA IS ALREADY HIGH THEY CAN IN SOME PEOPLE CAUSE HEADACHE HEAVINESS AND ACIDITY AFTER SOME DAYS THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE MEDICINE IS WRONG BUT THE DOSE AND ANUPANA NEED ADJUSTMENT

YES THE MEDICINE CAN AND SHOULD BE DILUTED MORE TAKE ONLY TEN ML MAHA MANJISTADI KWATH PLUS TEN ML KADIRARISHTA MIXED WITH SIXTY ML WATER TWICE DAILY AFTER FOOD ALSO AVOID TAKING BOTH TOGETHER CONTINUOUSLY FOR LONG WITHOUT PITTA BALANCING SUPPORT

TO CONTROL HEADACHE AND ACIDITY ADD KAMDUDHA RAS PLAIN ONE TABLET TWICE DAILY AFTER FOOD AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA HALF TEASPOON AT NIGHT WITH WARM WATER

FOR DIGESTION AND AAMA CLEARANCE HINGVASHTAK CHURNA A PINCH WITH FIRST BITE OF LUNCH ONLY

DIET IS VERY IMPORTANT AVOID SPICY FRIED SOUR FERMENTED FOOD TEA COFFEE BAKERY ITEMS AND LATE NIGHT MEALS PREFER SOFT WARM SIMPLE FOOD RICE MOONG DAL VEGETABLES GHEE DRINK WARM WATER SIP BY SIP THROUGH THE DAY

INVESTIGATIONS ADVISED TO UNDERSTAND ROOT CAUSE INCLUDE COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT LIVER FUNCTION TEST ESR CRP THYROID PROFILE STOOL ROUTINE EXAMINATION AND ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN IF NOT DONE AFTER SURGERY

ONCE PITTA IS BALANCED AND DIGESTION IMPROVES HEADACHE WILL REDUCE ACIDITY WILL SETTLE AND SKIN ITCHING WILL NOT RETURN THIS IS A CORRECTABLE DOSHA IMBALANCE AND NOT A SERIOUS CONDITION WHEN MANAGED PROPERLY WITH RIGHT DOSE DIET AND PATIENCE

Hello Priya, Thanks for sharing your situation so openly. I can see how frustrating it must be to deal with constant itching, headaches, and acidity for so long, especially after surgery.

AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING

- Pitta–Kapha imbalance - Amlapitta (chronic acidity) - Rasa–Rakta dushti (impure blood that causes itching) - Urdhwaga Amlapitta (acid rising upwards, which leads to headaches and heaviness)

Here’s the connection:

when you take Gelusil and your headache eases up, it’s not just random. The acid pressure in your stomach and chest drops, so the headache fades too. Basically, your headache is coming from your stomach, not your head. People miss this all the time, but it’s a common link.

Why did your headache get worse after trying Manjishta and Khadir?

Both Maha Manjisthadi Kwath and Khadirarishta help clear Pitta and purify blood, but they’re also a bit heating and fire up digestion. If your stomach is already sensitive, they can trigger acidity, heaviness, and headaches. So yes, your body is reacting to too much Pitta stimulation.

Should you dilute the medicine?

Definitely. Here’s how: - Take 10 ml of the medicine, mix it with 50–60 ml water. - Have it just once a day at night, for 7 days. That should help cut down the headaches.

So what’s actually causing all this?

It’s not your ovaries, and surgery didn’t start it. The root issue is chronic amlapitta (acidity) and Pitta in your blood.

Here’s what you should do:

Step 1 First, get the acidity under control. That’s the top priority. For the next 15 days: - Avipattikar Churna ½ tsp twice a day after food - Kamdudha Ras (plain) 1 tablet twice a day - Shatavari churna 3g at night with warm milk

Step 2 Once the acidity settles, slowly bring back the skin medicines: - Maha Manjisthadi kwath once daily - Khadirarishta once daily

Diet is just as important. Strictly avoid: - Spicy food - Tea and coffee - Sour fruits - Fried stuff - Late-night meals

Eat more of: - Rice and moong dal - Coconut water - Pomegranate - A small amount of ghee - Buttermilk (only during the day)

Why is your body so reactive now? It’s a mix of long-term acidity, stress, hormonal shifts after your ovary removal, and dominant Pitta. That’s why you notice such strong reactions to medicines.

When will you start to feel better? Stick to this plan, and you’ll likely see your headaches drop in 5–7 days. Acidity should calm down in about 10 days. The skin itching should also stay under control.

your headaches come from your stomach, not your nerves. When you balance Pitta, all three problems itching, headache, and acidity settle down together.

Take care, Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Too much of hair fall.after operation…i hav tired moringa soup… pomegranate… nothing wrk…as tese all wrked bfre. Now no solution…any ayurveda application to apply on scalp to reduce hair fall…i visited dermatologist she suggested serumm if i apply serumm. I get sevre headache and itching…itching with sumthng crawling on my scalp i feell.but no.lice…

Post-op hair fall happens to a lot of people, and the good news is, it usually reverses with the right care.

That’s why: - The hair fall hit right after surgery. - You’re feeling itchiness and that crawling sensation—classic Pitta and nerve sensitivity. - Even serums are giving you headaches because your scalp’s extra sensitive now. - No lice, no infection—this is all internal.

Why Your Old Remedies Aren’t Working

Moringa and pomegranate worked before because your body was balanced. Now, after surgery, your system’s stressed, hormones are off, and you’re not absorbing nutrients like before. So just eating healthy isn’t enough anymore.

Best Ayurvedic Scalp Care for You

1. Bhringraj + Coconut Oil (Main Remedy) - Mix equal parts Bhringraj oil and coconut oil. - Gently apply at night—don’t rub hard. - Leave it overnight, wash out with mild shampoo in the morning. - Do this three times a week.

This mix calms the itching, reduces hair fall, soothes your scalp and nerves, and helps with headaches.

2. If the itching’s really bad: - Mix five drops neem oil with two teaspoons coconut oil. - Apply just to your scalp, leave for 30 minutes, then wash out. - Do this twice a week.

Internal Support (Super Important)

Oiling helps, but it’s not enough on its own. For the next 2–3 months, try these: - Amalaki Rasayan or Chyawanprash: 1 teaspoon each morning - Bhringraj Ghan Vati: 1 tablet twice a day - Ashwagandha Churna: 3 grams at night with warm milk

Diet Tips for Hair Recovery

Eat more: - Dates, raisins - Black sesame seeds - Ghee - Moong dal - Warm milk

Avoid: - Tea, coffee - Fried food - Late nights - Stress as much as you can

Post-surgery hair fall usually peaks around 2–4 months and starts to get better in 4–6 months. Your hair will come back. Don’t panic or keep switching products—jumping around actually makes it worse.

Stick with the Bhringraj + coconut oil routine and the internal rasayanas above.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Reduce dose immediately to avoid worsening: Maha Manjisthadi Kwath: 10 ml + 50 ml water morning only Kadirarishta: 10 ml + 50 ml water night only Or stop both for 5–7 days if headache is severe then observe

Dilute more, use 60–80 ml water instead of 30 ml per dose (makes it lighter on stomach)

Add these medications to balance & relieve 1 Kamadhudha Ras (plain) – 250 mg morning + night with cold water 2 Sutshekhar Ras (plain) – 1 tablet morning + night after food 3 Avipattikar Churna – 3 gm + cold water at bedtime

Diet Only moong khichdi + little ghee, boiled pumpkin/lauki, pomegranate, thin buttermilk + roasted jeera Avoid completely: spicy/sour, fried, garlic/onion, tomato, heavy pulses, cold drinks, junk

Daily Vajrasana 10 min after meals Sip warm water + roasted cumin/fennel all day Dinner before 7 PM

If headache worsens or new symptoms then stop herbs & see gastroenterologist (rule out gastritis/ulcer post-surgery).

HELLO,

What is actually happening in your body? Your main problem is not skin, not head, and not ovary.
The root problem is weak digestion and excess body heat. When digestion is weak for a long time: -Food is not digested properly -This produces toxic waste (Ama) -Ama mixes with excess heat (Pitta) -This mixture spreads through blood

This causes: -Skin itching (impure blood + heat) -Acidity (excess digestive acid) -Headache & heaviness (acid + gas pressure moving upward)

That is why: -Your headache reduces immediately after Gelusil -Skin itching improved when blood-purifying medicines were started So this is one single disease process showing in three places.

WHY HEADACHE COMES FROM STOMACH —>Many people think headache is a brain problem.
In your case it is stomach-origin headache.

When acidity and gas increase: -Pressure forms in stomach and intestine -This irritates nerves connected to head -Acid fumes and gas move upward -Result → heaviness, tightness, dull headache

That is why: -No trigger like light, sound -No vomiting -Relief comes after antacid This confirms Amlapitta-janya Shirashoola (acidity-related headache).

ROLE OF SURGERY (OVARIAN TORSION) The ovary problem was separate.
But surgery causes: -Stress to body -Temporary digestive weakness -Increased body heat So it worsened existing imbalance, but did not create it.

TREATMENT GOALS

Goal 1 – Correct digestion Without this, itching will always return. Goal 2 – Reduce excess heat & acidity Goal 3 – Purify blood safely (without increasing acid) Goal 4 – Prevent upward movement of gas (headache)

INTERNAL MEDICINES

1) Maha Manjishtadi Kwath= 15ml + half glass with warm water after meals for 8 weeks =Cleans blood, Reduces skin itching, Removes heat toxins Why needed=Your itching improved → proves it is working.

2)Khadirarishta= 15ml with equal water only after dinner for 10 days =Strong blood purifier, Anti-itch
It is fermented → acidic → can worsen headache. If headache increases:
→ Stop for 7–10 days

Why headache increased after medicines? Because -Blood was cleaning -Heat temporarily increased -Weak digestion couldn’t handle it This means dose & dilution matter more than adding new medicines.

EXTERNAL APPLICATION For itching relief & heat removal -Neem oil or coconut oil -Apply thin layer after bath -Avoid very hot water

If itching returns at night: -Apply cooling oil to soles & scalp

YOGA & PRANAYAMA

YOGA ASANAS -Pawanmuktasana -Vajrasana (after meals 5–10 min) -Shashankasana -Mild walking

Pranayama -Sheetali / Sheetkari -Anulom Vilom

Avoid: -Kapalbhati -Bhastrika -Excess heat-producing practices

DIET -Rice -Moong dal -Bottle gourd -Ash gourd -Lauki juice (if tolerated) -Coconut water (daytime)

Avoid completely -Spicy food -Fried food -Sour food -Tea / coffee -Bakery items -Fermented food at night

Key rules: -Eat warm food -Eat on time -Stop before full stomach -No late dinner

HOME REMEDIES -Coriander seed water (soaked overnight, boiled, cooled) -Amla water (small quantity) -Coconut water -Cold milk at night (if digestion allows) Avoid random home remedies without guidance.

EXPECTED RECOVERY TIMELINE Acidity & headache= 1-2 weeks Skin itching= 3-6 weeks -digestion= 1-2 months

Chronic problems heal slowly but permanently if digestion is corrected.

FINAL IMPORTANT ADVICE =-o NOT change medicines frequently -Do NOT self-increase dose -Do NOT ignore digestion -Patience is key

Your body is responding, not worsening. This condition is: -Notdangerous -Not incurable -Not lifelong It needs: -Correct digestion -Cooling approach -Consistency You are already on the right path. DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

DR. MAITRI ACHARYA

I am working in Ayurveda field from some time now, started out as a general physician at Chauhan Ayurveda Hospital in Noida. That place taught me a lot—how to handle different types of patients in OPD, those daily cases like fever, digestion issues, body pain... but also chronic stuff which keeps coming back. After that I moved to Instant Aushadhalya—an online Ayurveda hospital setup. Whole different space. Consultations online ain’t easy at first—no pulse reading, no direct Nadi check—but you learn to ask the right things, look at patient’s tone, habit patterns, timing of symptoms... and yeah it actually works, sometimes even better than in person. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.

Dr. Janvi Dhera
I am a doctor who completed CCH and CGO from Wadia hospital, and that training gave me exposure not just in theory but also in handling patients with very diverse needs. Over time I have treated many cases of chronic skin conditions, gut related disorders and also anorectal issues like piles, fissure and similar complaints. Each case felt different, no two patients respond the same way, and I learnt how to adapt treatment according to prakriti, diet habits, stress levels. Skin problems always catch attention first — psoriasis, eczema, acne that stays for years — but I understood that they often start from inside, from digestion or blood impurities. Gut issues like acidity, constipation, IBS are also common in my practice, and here small corrections in food timing or herbs can change a lot. Anorectal cases, especially piles and fissure, are painful both physically and mentally for patients, so I try to bring a treatment plan that is safe, non-invasive when possible, and focused on long term relief not just temporary fixes. Working with such variety of disorders also taught me patience. Some patients want fast results, but Ayurveda needs time to clean the root cause. I explain them carefully, sometimes repeating many times, that slow healing is stronger healing. Building that trust is important. My approach is always to combine herbal formulations, diet advice, and lifestyle correction with procedures when required, to ensure balance is restored and maintained. For me, Ayurveda is not a set of ready remedies but a flexible science that adapts to each person. Whether it’s skin, gut or anorectal problems, my focus stays on listening, understanding and guiding patients with clarity, honesty and steady support.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Harsh Khandelwal
I am a fresher doctor stepping into practice with lot of curiosity and some nervousness too if i’m honest. My training gave me a foundation in Ayurveda principles, where health is not just the absence of illness but a balance between doshas, agni, dhatu & mind. I might not carry decades of expereince yet, but I hold patience and dedication which sometimes matter more than numbers. During study years I worked through cases of common disorders, watching how small changes in ahara-vihara and simple herbal formulations could transform patient comfort. It showed me that ayurveda is not about complicate plans but about restoring rhythm of body. I keep strong interest in musculoskeletal disorders like joint pain, stiffness, backache, where lifestyle corrections plus treatments like abhyanga, swedana and panchakarma therapies show amazing recovery. Also conditions of women health—PCOD, infertility, menstrual irregularities—are areas I want to focus deeply, as these affect daily living so much yet often stay under-discussed. I also learned about auto-immune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, aamavata, psoriatic arthritis, how tricky they are, and I feel motivated to study and treat them further with careful, step by step methods. As a fresher, I know my journey just starting. I am still shaping my skills, still questioning which approach work best, sometimes even re-checking basic things twice. But I believe this stage is also strength, because I come with open mind, no rigid habits, and eagerness to listen. I do not rush into decisions, rather I take time to observe each case, to connect symptoms with underlying dosha imbalance. I feel each patient teach something new and every treatment outcome is like a page added in my learning. I may not be perfect yet, but I am commited to honesty in my care, keeping focus on natural healing, preventive health, and respecting both modern diagnostics and traditional ayurveda wisdom. For me it is about building trust slowly, showing patients that even a fresher can hold responsibility with sincerity, and growing together step by step.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Jatin Kumar Sharma
I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

Dr. Ayush Bansal
I am an Ayurveda doctor with about 1 yr of hands on clinical practice, still learning everyday from patients and the science itself. My journey started as a VOPD doctor with Hiims Hospital under Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. For 6 months I was into virtual consultations, understanding cases online, preparing treatment protocols and doing follow ups to track progress. That phase trained me well in quick patient assesment and also in explaining Ayurveda in a way that fit with modern expectations. I dealt with many chronic and acute cases during that time.. things like gastric issues, joint pain, stress related complaints, skin problems. The remote setting forced me to sharpen my diagnostic skill and rely more on careful history taking, prakriti analysis, and lifestyle understanding. After that, I moved to a Resident Doctor role at Chauhan Ayurved and Panchkarma Hospital, Udaipur. This was very different.. more practical, hands on, and really grounded me in classical Panchakarma. I was actively part of planning and performing therapies like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and other detox and rejuvenation procedures. Many patients came with long standing spine issues, metabolic disorders, skin complaints, or hormonal imbalance and I got to see how tailored Panchakarma protocols and lifestyle advice together can bring changes that medicines alone couldn’t. Working closely with senior consultants gave me better clarity on safety, step by step planning and how to balance classical texts with practical hospital settings. Now, whether in OPD consultations or Panchkarma wards, I try to meet patients with empathy and patience. I focus on root cause correction, using herbs, diet, daily routine guidance, and therapy whenever needed. My belief is that Ayurveda should be accessible and authentic, not complicated or intimidating. My aim is simple—help people move towards long term wellness, not just temporary relief. I see health as balance of body, mind and routine.. and I want my practice to guide patients gently into that space.
