मेरी पित्त की तरलता बढ़ गई है और पाचक पित्त कम हो गया है, जिससे दस्त और लाल मुँहासे हो रहे हैं। केवल पित्त शामक दवाएं लेने से दस्त चिपचिपे हो जाते हैं क्योंकि अग्नि मंद है। केवल अग्नि वर्धक दवाएं लेने से दस्त और मुँहासे बढ़ जाते हैं। क्या मुझे ठंडी और तीखी दोनों दवाएं मिलानी चाहिए? कृपया बताएं कि मुझे क्या करना चाहिए। मेरी समस्या को समझने में 4 साल लग गए।
