I’ve tried weekend getaways, but they haven’t helped much. I’m considering taking a longer break and going to a health retreat in India that focuses on Ayurveda and holistic healing. I’ve read about retreats in Kerala and Rishikesh offering Panchakarma, meditation, and yoga programs. Has anyone experienced a good health retreat in India that they’d recommend for stress relief and detox? How effective are the treatments, and what kind of results did you see? Also, should I look for a program that’s more focused on Ayurveda, or is it better to include yoga and meditation as well? Looking for honest feedback to help me decide.
