-You have chronic acid reflux, which is why stopping your acidity medicine causes severe burning. You shouldn’t stop the tablets suddenly; we need to taper them gradually. Along with this, lifestyle changes—like eating smaller meals, avoiding lying down after eating, reducing spicy or fatty foods, and raising your head while sleeping—can help a lot. Because your symptoms are severe and long-lasting, we may also need some tests to check your esophagus and stomach to rule out complications. Red eyes may be from irritation, but we’ll monitor that too. The goal is control and relief, not just stopping medicines abruptly. -firstly recommending u some medicines if doesn’t get relief in 15 days then go for investigation -H-pylori, endoscopy Diagnosis: Amlapitta (Chronic Acidity / GERD) Oral Medicines: 1)Avipattikar Churna: 1 tsp with warm water before bedtime for 1–2 months. 2)Chitrakadi Vati: 2 tablets after meals for 1–2 months. 3)Triphala Churna: 1 tsp with warm water at night for 1–2 months. 4) SYP amalant 2 tsf with equal amount of water after meal twice a day -Diet & Lifestyle Advice: Eat small, frequent meals; avoid overeating.
