पुरुष, 32 वर्ष | hight 5'8" वजन: 46 kg | हीमोग्लोबिन: 11.4 पेट की स्थिति: भूख की कमी, थोड़ा खाते ही पेट भरना, 'सख्त रस्सी' जैसी गांठ महसूस होना, कब्ज और चिपचिपा मल। हाथ-पैर बर्फ जैसे ठंडे रहना, सामान्य मौसम में अत्यधिक ठंड लगना। नाक-गले में कफ, निगलने में कठिनाई, जीभ पर सफेद/पीली परत और दरार। शरीर व सफेद बालों में रूखा पन (Flaky skin), बालों का झड़ना, कंधों-गर्दन में अकड़न कंधे की नसों में झनझनाहट। अत्यधिक हड़बड़ी (Anxiety), निर्णय लेने में अक्षमता, नींद की कमी और भारी सुस्ती। दांत भुरभुरे।

आपके लक्षणों से आयुर्वेद अनुसार वात-कफ विकृति + अग्निमांद्य (कमजोर पाचन) + धातु क्षय (कम वजन, कमजोरी) दिख रही है। इसलिए उपचार का मुख्य लक्ष्य अग्नि सुधारना, वात-कफ संतुलित करना और शरीर को पोषण देना रहेगा। अश्वगंधा चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच गुनगुने दूध के साथ रात को च्यवनप्राश – 1 चम्मच सुबह खाली पेट या नाश्ते के बाद हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण – आधा चम्मच खाने के पहले गुनगुने पानी से (भूख बढ़ाने व गैस/कब्ज में) दशमूलारिष्ट – 15 ml + बराबर पानी दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद अगर कब्ज ज्यादा हो त्रिफला चूर्ण – 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने पानी से भोजन (Diet) गर्म, हल्का व पौष्टिक भोजन लें मूंग दाल, खिचड़ी, घी, दूध, खजूर, अंजीर अदरक + काला नमक का छोटा टुकड़ा भोजन से पहले दन में 2–3 बार थोड़ा-थोड़ा खाएं ठंडा पानी, फ्रिज का खाना, फास्ट फूड, ज्यादा सूखा भोजन बंद करें
