Are Moong Beans and Masoor Dal Causing My Constipation? - #49907

Iam eating regularly moong beans soaked previous night and taking along with rice in equal measurements as porridge with ghee,turmeric, cuminand salt in morning and in noon masoordal half amount rice with vegetables and corriander ,turmeric,cumin powders and little green chili.itakes water regular intervals one and half hour. Evening ricewith vegitables only.still I suffer constipation. Is moong beans and masoor dal are villains! As they cause dryness ?

yes cause dryness keep it take 1 tsp mixed cow ghee and take dont worry take isabgool 5gm and mixed with 100 ml water and take night time for constipation also do take cow ghee 5 ml at empty stomch at morning with warm water
