Struggling with Digestion and Persistent Cold Symptoms - #49921

I eat poha or2 idli for breakfast,curd rice or sambar or dal or rajma or chole with rice for lunch,bisibele baat or tatte idli for dinner and then drinksmallglass of water.occasionally fruits. I am not able digest properlyand not doing proper shit.how to reduce this . And a little cold all day.have to carry karchief .inside nose due to cold my skin is bruised.

For digestion सामग्र दालचीनी चूर्ण - 1 चम्मच त्रिकटु चूर्ण - % चम्मच (सोंठ + काली मिर्च + पिप्पली) जल - 1 कप शहद - 1 चम्मच(अंत में)विधि दालचीनी और त्रिकटु को 1 कप जल मे ं डालकर उबालें। जब पानी आधा रह जाए, तो छान लें। काढ़े को गुनगुना होने दें। इसके बाद 1 चम्मच शहद मिलाएँ। दिन मे ं 2 बार • सुबह खाली पेट • शाम भोजन से पहले लगातार 3-5 दिन या लक्षण समाप्त होने तक For runny nose Trikatu Churna: A classic blend of Ginger, Black Pepper, and Long Pepper. It generates heat to dry up excess mucus. You can mix 1/2 teaspoon with honey twice a day. Sitopaladi Churna: This is the go-to formula for upper respiratory congestion. It helps soothe the throat and regulate mucus production. Tulsi (Holy Basil): Drinking Tulsi tea or chewing fresh leaves acts as a natural antimicrobial and decongestant.
