Struggling with Leaky Gut and Multiple Health Issues - #50014

I have a leaky gut. I am ill since 3.5 years cannot walk a lot. My liver seems inflamed as well. My joints are dry as well as eyes skin and scalp.With fungus toe nail and very bad circulation which is disturbing me a lot. Having severe constipation also.
