Struggling with Digestive Issues and Constipation - #50072

I am 22years old .i am init field .I sit for morning9.15 to evening6.00 .I take 10 mins breakfor every 2 hours.i wake up at 6.20 and sleep at 10.30 or 11.00 everyday.i drink 2.30 ltr or 2 litr water everyday.i eat poha or idli for breakfast and rice dal or curd rice or rajma or chole with rice for lunch and rice sambar or idli for dinner. Theproblem:I am not able have smooth motion.i have to push hard get it out and sometimes icant do it everyday.and at that day icant eat fullybecauseI feel like iam alreadyfull .after having motion i still feel like doing it and I feel uncomfortable andI haveto do it 3 times a day.i live in mysore . whether is not so cold butI get mild cold everyday .have to carry cloth becauseof that .give solution to this

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Tab.Erandbhrushta haritaki 0-0-2 With lukewarm water at bedtime. Follow up after 1 week.

Hello, Thank you for detailed information. I hope you do incorporate good amount of fruits and seeds in your diet like papaya, apples, pears, chia seeds, flax seeds etc. And also start drinking boiled warm water. For easy bowel evacuation you can take the following if even after including fruits and seeds do not help you to clear the bowels: 1. Triphala churnam 1 teaspoon with a cup of boiled warm water at bed time The cold you are experiencing may be due to 2 reasons: 1. You may be allergic to dust 2. When you are not clearing the bowels you may feel these symptoms However the following will help you to address the issue: 1. Anu thailam 2drops----0-------2drops in the morning and in the evening to each nostril followed by steam inhalation. Take care, Kind regards.
