Experiencing Hard Stool and Anal Fissure After Medication - #50115

I am on Dasamoolarasnadi tab twice daily for the past 15 days for sacral joint pain. It has improved. But for the pasttwo days I am experiencing hard stool along with normal motion which result in anal fissure. Pl give me a solution. I feel this is due to the med that I am taking .

-Medicine / Formulation:
1)Dasamoolarasnadi Kashayam – Continue 2 tsp twice daily with warm water/milk (after food) if tolerated
2)Isabgol (Psyllium husk) – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water (to soften stool)
3) tab erand bharat Haritaki 1 tab hs( at night) if severe constipation
-Diet & Lifestyle Advice:
Drink plenty of warm water (2–3 L/day)
Eat fiber-rich foods: fruits (papaya, banana, guava), vegetables
Avoid straining during defecation
Take warm sitz baths in panchwalkal decoction 2–3 times/day for 10–15 min
Apply ghee or Jatyadi/Nirgundi ointment locally for fissure
-Follow-up: 7–10 days or earlier if bleeding/pain worsens

Well if you are experiencing fissure in ano then it is most probably due to hard stool only bcoz it creates a tear inside inner lining but not to worry
Take
Zandu nityam tab-1 at night
Triphala guggulu 2 BD
Application of jatyadi oil
Hot sitz bath

avoid spicy food and milk and milk produts
take isabgool with 1 tsp isabgoole at night daily or castor oil 5 ml at night with luckwarm water
take abhyaaristh 10 ml with 100ml water 2 times day
do sitz bath with warm water daily 2 times day
jatyadi ghrth apply for anus area
