How can I lose belly fat at 60 while recovering from an injury? - #50399

Hello, I will be 60 this year and gained lot's of bellyfat. Is there a way to get rid of it? I'm still recovering from pelvisinjury but I do lots of walks and strengthening of legs and core. I'm vegetarian but often eat dark chocolate and dark bread. Thank you Michèle
