Doctors' responses

–You have Grade I fatty liver. Liv 52 is fine for now. Switching to Liv 52 DS isn’t necessary unless your liver tests are high or symptoms persist. For your bloating and heaviness, focus on small, frequent meals, avoid fatty and processed foods, stay active, and monitor your digestion. If symptoms continue, we can review further tests. –Rx 1)Liv 52 – 2 tablets bd (after meals) – continue 2)Triphala Churna – 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water – to improve digestion and bowel movements. 3)Ajwain + Rock Salt water – 1 teaspoon ajwain + pinch of rock salt in warm water, after meals – to reduce bloating. ----Dietary advice: Light, easy-to-digest meals; avoid fried, oily, and heavy foods Reduce sugar and processed foods Eat smaller, frequent meals —Lifestyle advice: Walk 15–20 min after meals Avoid late-night heavy meals Follow-up: 1 month or earlier if symptoms persist
