Don’t wrry- new born m kbhi kbhi asa dekhne ko milta h—
Follow these step if doesn’t get relief then visit to pediatrician –
1) Feeding: Baby ko thoda upright position me feed karein. Nipple ka flow check karein, hawa andar na jaaye.
2)Burping: Har feeding ke baad gently burp karayein.
3)Tummy massage: Pet par halki circular clockwise massage karein.
4)Leg exercises: Legs ko gently pedaling motion me move karein.
5)Warm compress: Lukewarm towel 5–10 min pet par rakhein.
6)Formula check: Agar bahut problem ho, pediatrician se consult karke anti-colic formula try karein.
-----Watch for warning signs:
High fever, vomiting, blood in stool
Nabhi red/swollen or pus
Agar ye ho, turant pediatrician ko dikhayein.
