Excess Gas and Stomach Enlargement Concerns - #50510

Namaskar, Stomach produces a lot of gas and my stomach had enlarged because of that.i can hear the gas moving in the stomach especially before meals and sometimes at bedtime before going to sleep. Why? What is the remedy? Thank you in advance.
