I am sarwati .My is age 72 year . I have gas problem with acidity and abdomen pain.I have body pain also.I have go for fresh 5 -6 times.kuch time phale mere pit ke thali ka operation hua tha jisme pittash hata diya gaya tha.mere ko uske baad gas ki problem bhut rehta hai or stomach me pain bna rehta hai ji. Or mere ko khatti dakar bhi aati hai ji.Yeah problem khtm ho sakta hai kya.plz tell me good medicine for permanent solution.
