— as you are having constipation and weight prob since 6 months kindly go through these tests -
- thyroid profile
- vt. B12
- vt.D
- HbA1C
---- Rx
1) tab livotone 1 cap HS ( at night)
2) syrup cytogen forte 1 tsf TDS after meal
3) jatayadi taila matra basti ( anema) 3 ml daily for 1 week after meal in morning
4) gandharv hastadi erand tail cap. 1 at night bed time.
— avoid spicy, fried food
— eat fibrous rich food
---- stay hydrated
---- avoid stress and timely sleep
- follow up after 15 days
