Doctors' responses

–You’re having temporary digestive upset from the heavy foods you ate. That’s why you have gas, bloating, headache, and constipation. Drink plenty of water, eat light foods, avoid spicy or fried meals, and try gentle walking. These symptoms usually get better in 1–2 days. Come back sooner if you have severe pain, vomiting, blood in stool, or fever. ----Rx 1) tab livotone 1 cap HS 2) syrup cytogen forte 1 tsf TDS after meal 3) amalpitt mishran 1 tsf with equal amount of water BD after meal ---- avoid spicy, fried food ---- stay hydrated —Follow up after 1 week if symptoms persist or have any other symptoms.
