Managing Chronic Loose Stool and Urgency - #50785

Client_bef877

Im 32/F, more than an year im having loose stool in morning with mild burning sensation. Stool colour varies everyday. Green yellow brown. Poop consistency also changes. Checked with doctor he asked to perform stool calprotectintest which came out 310. After this test i adjusted my food to least spicy and oily. Added more fruits in diet with soaked almond gond to cool down body. Now still the morning urgency poop is presnt with yellow and brown but not proper shape formation. But i go to tpilet only once in early morning mostly. I want to cure completely as im scared to even travel thinking i might get sudden urgency to poop if there is any change in diet
