Abhyarishtam 20ml—0----15ml by adding equal amount of water after breakfast and after dinner for 30 days. 3. Triphala churna 1 tsp at bed time with a cup of boiled warm water for 45 days. Diet- 1. Raw vegetables salad for dinner. 2. Drink 2 liters of boiled cooled water a day. 3. Fruits at mid morning and mid afternoon everyday 4. Avoid non vegetarian diet for 4 months. 5.
