take 4 lit water
do nasya with bramhi ghurth 2 drop each nostril 2 times day
tab erand brusth harde 1 tab at night ( constipation )
take 1 tsp isabgole with 100 ml water at night
take syrp acitanitril 10 ml before food 2 times day
take livtone 1–0-1
tab kandhsudhar 2-0-2
get good result 15 days
