Managing Elevated Creatinine Levels and Kidney Health - #50925

I had creatinine level 1.5 last month and in CT scan found out that salt is dissolved in right kidney and the egfr rate is 53.After 10 days i checked the creatinine level and ot was 1.5 again.After consuming banana stem i rechecked the level and now it is 1.4 and i didnt test the egfr now.Is there any medication required for this?pls suggest
