Experiencing Stomach Heaviness and Gas After Meals - #51080

I start feeling heaviness in stomach after about half an hour after meals. Too much gas formation is there but gas passes away from rectum. Bloating is very rare. No chronic constipation but have to go to the toilet 2 to3 ttimes. My age is75 yrs . There's stiffness also in the body.

—After meals, you feel heaviness and gas, which is common at your age. Since your bowel movements are normal and bloating is rare, it’s usually not serious. Simple things like eating smaller meals, avoiding foods that make gas, and taking a short walk after eating can help. —Medicines: 1)Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water 2) Hingvashtak Churna – 1 tsp after meals with warm water 3)Ashwagandha Tablet – 500 mg gm at night with warm milk —Follow-up: after 15 days, consult sooner if severe pain, vomiting, blood in stool, or weight loss occurs.
