I am 5.1 feet and my weight is 86 kg.AndIm having alwaysindigestion problem , so I prepared a mix tea of powder of dry ginger ,methi seeds ,ajwain, long pepeer ,jeera , dalchini and saunf Will it help me in weightlosshow many timesIneed to daily and amount please

The herbal tea you prepared with dry ginger, methi, ajwain, long pepper, jeera, dalchini and saunf can help improve digestion and metabolism. These herbs act as Deepana and Pachana. You can take this herbal tea 1–2 times daily after meals. Use about ½ teaspoon of the powder in warm water and drink it fresh. also take medohar gugulu 2 tab 2 times after food tab tiphala 2 at night time Since you also have heartburn, avoid making the tea too strong and reduce spicy, oily and heavy foods in your diet

yes it will help but also maintain a helthy diet routein go for walk in morning soak methi,ajwain,jeera,souf and dhaniya seeds 1 tsp each in night and boil it early in morning and filter and drink empty stomach daily it will maintain your digestive fire and also you will see drastic changes in your weight loss journey also take light foods like daliya khicadi at dinner drink a glass of bottle gourd juice with aloevera and amla juice mix…
