Seeking Ayurvedic Treatment for Persistent Hydrocele - #52109

I have hydrocele on right side. I was operated but the problem is still there. It is not uncomfortable. I was operated for Urethroplasty in 2016. The blockage was removed but I have to use Catheter every two weeks to dilate urethra. Is there any treatment inAyurveda
