recommend the following medication for a month 1. gokshuradi kashaym ( 2 times a day, at least 1/2 hr before food/ if difficult to consume and fell nauseas take after 1/2 hr after food ) 2. chandrapraba gulika ( 1 tablet with kashayam )
recommended examination : 1. Ultra sound scan - in both males and females ( This will help to know if there is any structural changes around the urinary bladder )

I want more details to explain like age, sex. You mentioned that no pain during urination, so it less likely an infection. But possible of other cases like BPH, Urethral stricture, Bladder outlet obstruction. But for confirmation you want USG, PSA test and routine urine test. You can start with some medication that helps in urinary retention and prostate related issues. 1. Varunadi kashayam 15ml + 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food. 2.
