1. shatavari ka use kaise karein Shatavari dose: 1 tsp powder (approx 3–5 gm) 1 cup lukewarm milk ke saath din mein 1–2 baar (morning + night) benefits: bladder lining ko heal karta hai burning aur irritation kam karta hai female reproductive system ko bhi support karta hai 👉 agar milk suit na kare to pani ke saath bhi le sakti hain 2. mulethi ka use kaise karein Mulethi option 1 (best): ½ tsp mulethi powder normal pani ke saath, din mein 1–2 baar option 2 (soothing drink): mulethi ko pani mein ubaal kar halka kadha bana lein thanda karke pee sakti hain benefits: anti-inflammatory bladder irritation ko soothe karta hai acidity aur pitta ko bhi control karta hai
